Terms of Service

- Terms overall -

General─ By transferring payment it is understood that you agree to these terms of service.─ I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund a commission if necessary, especially in cases of rude behavior, unclear communication, or chargeback risks.─ I reserve the right to update or modify these terms whenever deemed necessary. Any changes will not affect clients who have previously agreed to the existing terms.Payment and Refund Policy─ Payment is upfront and handled through PayPal or Wise. I’ll send an invoice, and I’ll only begin after payment is confirmed.─ To be finished faster, it will cost an extra. The amount will be discussed depending on the complexity of the artwork and my disponibility.─ Full refunds are only available before I begin working on the commission. After that, refunds aren’t possible, unless I can't finish your commission. Or If I cancel the commission for personal reasons.Image Rights─ By default, commissions are for personal use only, this means the customer may not use it for commercional purposes. The customer may not profit from the finished piece in any form.─ I reserve full rights to the artwork, including sharing it on my portfolio, social media. This also includes the right to use the image for purposes such as the seeling of prints, or offering them on platforms such as patreon.─ My personal artworks or commissioned artworks may NOT be used for AI training, datasets, or generation. Any misuse can result in legal action.Commission Process and Work Policy
─ Please provide clear visual references of the solicited character(s) and detailed descriptions to help me understand your idea.─ Changes are totally fine during the sketch phase. After that, extra edits may result in additional costs. This also means big concept changes (Example: Pose change, background change, etc.) mid-process may result in additional costs. Unless the changes required are due to an error or lack of attention of my own. (Example: missing a fur detail)Deadlines & Updates─ By default, I aim to complete my commissions within one to two months after paid. If a delay happens, you will be notified.─ (NEW 07/10) From now on, if you have been waiting on the list for more than 3 months, you can request a full-shaded icon or a flat-color YCH of your choice (Solo YCHs only).─ You can request a deadline for an additional fee, the amount will depend on the complexity of the commission. This will be discussed in private.─ You're welcome to ask for updates about your commission or WIPs when needed, but please be mindful not to request them excessively.─ I always do my best to keep my clients informed whenever there is a meaningful update or any changes to the schedule. To help me stay focused on delivering the best possible results, I kindly ask that update requests be limited to once or twice per week. If you haven’t heard from me yet, it simply means there are no new updates at the moment.
